i'm assuming ure asking since u need to replace ure front bumper already you are asking for personal opinions on the new part or used part...... if this is what ure asking i personally say used. if it has never been hit its as good as new.....lol, and if u luck out and get it off a car thats the same colour u wont need to paint it.

if u take it to a shop, they will probably put on a used one unless ure driving a 2010 or 09. when my moms camry got hit, the insurance company needed to replace front end and the bumper and hood were both used. mind u, it is a 2001 and once u paint it u can't tell (well i could cuz i saw the hood when they were test fitting it and the bumper they missed a spot in the back and i say the red car it came off of. FAIL!! what i learned, do not take ure car to FIX AUTO, they are shit.)
