That's ok, just makes us a more exclusive group.
I get stoked when I see another Yaris on the road and try to catch up to them. There's more of the other brands on the road for sure, but that makes them less interesting....

I think the increase in the MSRP might account for the reduced sales.. However, the new TC/stability control features in the 2010 Yaris are worth it, IMO.. :headbang:

I hadn't thought about an Yaris until I saw a Onyx at the local Toyota dealer, even though I'm an old timer ( 62 ). I liked it, so I bought it.

Numbers could be down because Toyota built fewer Yarises's....

I disagree completely. I wouldn't have bought my car if that garbage came with it.

It's interesting to see the effects of uninformed consumers and bought out consumer reports. People are obviously just buying the cheapest thing they can get their hands on. I saw an ad on TV for 2 new kia rios for 12,000 dollars. If hyundai and kia are both still around in 5 years, idiocracy is not far away.

So are you never buying a car again then?

1) Just buy a bunch of 1NZ-FE's right now and keep em stored in the garage. When one dies throw another one in. Keep the Yaris forever!
2) Or just get out of this crap country with stupid car laws everywhere.
I'm planning on #2 ASAP personally.
