How do you take the A/C gauge cluster off for a sedan

just wondering if anybodys got pics how to take it off and how to take off the panel on the shifter on a automatic wanting to wrap them in carbon fiber or paint havent decided yet

pull up on the plastic cover. Its a multi piece part but its pulls up on some tiny clips
