Can someone tell me the best way to install a rear facing infant base in my 2007 Toyota Yaris? I would like it in the middle, but I'm not sure that's possible. Thanks for the help.

The owner's manual has a section starting at page 74 with instructions for installing child seats. This is the only caveat it mentions regarding installing one in the center:

Split seat: When installing a child
restraint system in the rear seat
center position, adjust both seat
cushions to the same position and
align both seatbacks at the same
angle. Otherwise, the child restraint
system cannot be securely restrained
and this may cause death
or serious injuries in a collision.
