Does anyone else have a problem with their windows (front driver and passenger for me), becoming misaligned and not closing properly? Mine leaves a small gap at the B-pillar side. Second time I'll have to take apart the door to realigned the windows. Should I use some Loctite on the two bolts/nuts securing the window to the track?

Are the bolts actually comming loose? The type of tention that are on those shouldnt make them come loose. Those 2 bolts arent meant for adjusting the window. I think the regulator bolt holes are slightly slotted to allow some play for adjustment.

Yeah, they come loose. The first time I had to realign the same windows, one of the nuts actually fell off the bolt (I heard a loud snap some time before I decided to realign the windows). Pretty hard fishing it out of the door when I saw that the nut wasn't on the bolt. This time, I didn't hear such a sound. But I'm pretty sure it's the same thing, loose nuts.

Do you think it's related somehow to your aftermarket power mechanisms?

Most likely. They were a sh*tty company (both in their products and in customer service), and I'm glad that the dealership I bought my car from stopped dealing with them, and that company as a whole went out of business.
