i would hook my remote wire up to the gray ignition wire in the head unit?

and does anyone know of WestCoast Customs 12" 800W Dual Subwoofer Powerbox

SPL of it? or SQ? or ever heard one before?

For the wiring info... go to the sticky at the top of this forum, it'll tell you which wire for the remote turn on wire... I honestly can't remember off the top of my head.

No body can tell you how loud that sub & box combo will be.... there are too many variables to tell.

it will probably be cheap thump, will get relatively loud, but not be designed for sq by any stretch.

with that said, i've never worked with it... just going off experience of box/sub combo's from the past which usually emphasize the 40-60hz range and have trouble playing 30hz or lower. If it is a sealed box (not ported or bandpass) it might be decent at sq.

One hint, put some dynamat on your license plate...

One of my pet peeves is people rolling up trying to act all pimpalicious...and the system sounds like crap. You hear an annoying thump thump thump and rattling on the outside of the vehicle.

...There's only one person here that can be pimpalicious...
