I saw something simular to that on pimp my ride. They put something like that in a car but it made the sound outside it. And you could change it to make your car sound like almost any of the top performance cars with a push of a button.

Got mine yesterday,And although you do get the noise coming out of the speakers the novelty wears off in about 5 minutes,its also a bit finicky about matching actual revs and throttle position, and you have to reset it every time you unplug it..
