I just ordered this item from Amazon, a dehumidifier. http://www.amazon.com/Eva-dry-Renewable-EDV-300-Wireless-Dehumidifer/dp/B000H149J0/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top

With mostly positive reviews on Amazon, I proceeded to buy the product in hopes of it working inside my Yaris.
Has anyone else used a similar product for their car with satisfying results?

That's why I bought it, to relieve the fogging abuse on my windows.

Winter air is usually much drier than summer air.. As long as you're not recirculating  you should be pulling plenty of dry air into the car..

Just keep the blower on "3" constantly and you should be fine.. Point your side vents to your windows. No problems with interior fogging here in NY..
Part of the reason why windows fog is because the windows are so cold and the air hitting them is much warmer and moist from your breath.. Point your vents to the windows, warm up the windows and you get no fog..

I don't think that little think is going to do jack in your Yaris, it is not designed for use in automobiles. It is meant for use in closets and whatnot ("small enclosed areas") where it can function on a slow, steady basis. Honestly, you're gonna need something more serious, which is why the capacity to defrost and dehumidify your car is built into the a/c unit...

if your yaris has AC, that is your dehumidifier

crank the ac, use outside air, and it will dry out the car
