Today I drove 2 hours to the Pacific Ocean.......living here in the Pacific Northwest we have a pretty nice beach to goto but the water is too cold to swim in or even get near.........

Took some nice pictures of Egplant posing in the sand and of the sunset.......

wonder if anyone in Japan on the other side was doing the same.....lol lol...if they were, they'd be pretty crazy to do it waking up early in the morning.

Liking the last three pics.

Did the coast guard harass you or anything for having your car on the beach? I've always wanted to take some nice beach photos of my car (BayouBlue blends in well with the sunset), but worried coast guards in California will harass and kick me out haha

Good pics . I still have yet to find a beach around here that lets me drive my car out onto the sand like that. The closest I could ever get to the water are the shots in my user garage...

BTW which beach is that?

We are very lucky here the Beach is Ocean Shores, Washington......we get to drive right on the beach and park, bbq, fly kites.......lots of fun.

There area several beach fronts in about a 20 mile area that we get to drive on,but that is the big one.All the people there were digging for Razor Clams,if you ever get the chance they are awsome breaded and fried with some sunny side up eggs.

This was near Pacific City. Me = st00pid, though. The sand was way too soft for anything that wasn't a 4WD where I was.
