There is going to be an autocross event this Sat. 06 Feb. 2010 in southern NJ sponsored by the Southern NJ SCCA. Is anyone interested in going- you don't need any autox experience or need to be a member of the SCCA to drive. Respond here or PM me

I want to- but I can't this weekend- Garm is right, but with a major storm heading this way again, it seems that work will be the order of the day- Let's see after the snow.

James, go to AutoX4u.com and check out the Southern NJ SCCA schedule in the upper left hand corner

once spring hit's i'm sure more people will hit the track, I want to see if they are holding anything in CT or Jersey on a regular basis.

canceled due to snow- message as received:

Upon discussing things with NJMP, we regret to inform you that we have no option but to cancel the event on Saturday, February 13. While the track can clear some degree of snow, given that there is still nearly two feet on the skid pad and more is coming, it will be impossible for the skid pad to be cleared properly and even if it is, the paddock area will be a real mess.

The track really regrets this decision. While we all know the spirit of a winter series is to run in challenging conditions, this winter has really been extraordinary.

Again, NJMP regrets the event cannot take place, but there really is no option.

Please plan to attend the March 6 event. With some warmer weather and luck, we should have a wonderfully clear lot.
