I'm considering buying a DC Sports exhaust for my sedan 'S'. I cannot seem to find any pictures of one on a sedan. I'm looking for pictures that show how far down the muffler hangs and how far out the exhaust tip extends beyond the rear bumper and how close it gets to the rear valance on the 'S' models. Pictures from the rear and the passenger side should do. I want something that is (mostly) stealthy and not blinged, ricer or fart-canish. I'm too old for the last three.

Honestly I'm not interested in doing a 'custom' system either, I'd prefer to unbolt the old and bolt on the new and call it done.

Thanks!

Brian has the HKS exhaust, if your planing to buy the DC exhaust then go for it, cause I want that exhaust and same like you im waiting for someone to install it and post a sound clip.

if someone brings a sedan by I'll test fit one. I will try not to scratch it, since it will be going on one of your cars.

I have the HK1 on my car. I thought about asking you if you wanted to do a test fit at your open house Garm, but you were pretty busy. I'd be willing to take a drive up there if you wanted to get some pics. From looking at the exhaust up close I think the DC muffler is a larger diameter than the HK1 but I'm not positive. The DC is a very nice looking exhaust though.

Let's see if I left work today @ 4pm, I could be at your shop @ 10pm tonight! Oh wait, I have to pick up my kids today so that won't work.

It looks pretty darn close to touching...Less than a pinky width between it and the air dam? It would be nice to see a side-by-side comparison between yours and the DC version. Garm - do you have both in your shop so we could see muffler size and so forth if you were able to take a picture of them together? Off the car, of course.

 Killer ride you have there Brian! :headbang:

When your car is like Brian's, any drive is a good drive!

Hey Garm, maybe you didn't see my question to you in my previous post. Do you have both an HK1 and a DC Sports exhaust that you could take a side-by-side picture of so we can see the differences between the two?

Thanks!

My HK1 is actually touching the rear lip. However, there is very little pressure pushing up and absolutely no paint damage caused by heat. It is only hitting the rear lip where it bends back parallel to the ground. Thanks for the compliments.
