ANCLA turbo kit warning!

Hey guys I know ANCLA motorsports has just surfaced on YW as a maker of a stage 3 turbo kit as well as a basic kit. I recently contacted them b/c I live in Florida only a couple hours north of ANCLA and wanted info on the starter kit. If you look on their website the basic kit is not in the for sale section so I tried to get any info and see if they needed a Yaris for testing. Andy from ANCLA contacted me back and told me, "we found that the starter kit for the Yaris is not a good option because if you don't have all components matched and balanced you can hurt the engine very easily." This is straight from his mouth and I wanted to warn all YW members about ANCLA before they put their hard earned money into this kit and something goes wrong. He said they took the kit off of the for sale section and are only selling the stage iii kit right now (I fear this kit may have its problems as well).

This was already mentioned i think. He was not really trying to sell the stage I because well... there was not one to sell. He could get the components for it tho but he has not done much testing on it like the stage III. He is very honest and knowledgeable about his products and if you have one of his guys install it then you have no worries imo.

Im in the market for a small low power turbo kit and its just disappointing to hear that they aren't working with Yarii very well.

i'm confused, what about the "stage 1" kit is dangerous?

let's review what you need for a "stage 1" setup...

1. a turbo
2. a turbo manifold
3. fuel controller
4. a piping kit
5. oil feed and return lines

what about those 5 things would be "imbalanced" and damage the engine?

i dont know and it makes me wonder how good their engineering or installation is.

hks i would trust over ancla especially after the owner is warry of his own products i think thats what really bothers me lol
