I am not 100% sure what you mean, but the patterns read as number of lugs x diameter.

4x100 is the correct pattern for Yaris. 4x114.3 will not fit.

This is normal. As long as it says 4x100 you are fine. The 4x100/4x114.3 usually has another set of holes which are drilled around the 4x100, so you'll see 8 lug holes... What's the post? We could probably see better if you showed us the wheel.
