Frost King door sealer

Saw many posts about DIY front lip. I'm tempted to build a DIY front lip using Frost King garage door bottom sealer. I've been searching for it at numerous local Home Depot, but couldn't find them. Do they carry Frost King in Canada at all? Anyone happen to know? :iono:

Easiest way is just to buy a kit on ebay the ones that come with 3m mounting tape so no drilling into the bumper is required. May cost you slightly more but you can have it shipped to canada atleast
