Which would be the "main in " From the Source Unit if you have the following outputs: Front, Rear , Center, and Sub

well brand would help my friend. what brand is it of the head unit? i have a sony Xploid head unit and it has a setting for it to set it as "SUB OUT" or "REAR OUT" and it has only one set of output RCA jacks. have you checked that?

Mine is a JVC DVD player and it has all of the above, Front Rear, Center and Subwoofer outputs.

Model number is : KD-AVX2

Brand doesn't matter.. the "Main in" thing refers to the source... is the main an Ipod, a Sat Radio, or a deck... The eq sounds like it functions similar to a home theater receiver... pick what you want.
would be the front RCA's (from your deck)...
so you have a 5.1 deck?
do you plan on eq-ing just the fronts?
parametric or graphic, how many channels total do you have (on the eq)

Another question is the 7 Volt RCA Outputs will effect my amp in what way ? I believe the Output from the Player is around 2.5V

And i'd like to use the eq to Run my Front, Rear and Sub.
