I can have made locally the center section of the Yaris in the following way:

2" or 2.5" diameter pipe
With 1 or 2 200 cell catalytics (factory is 600 cell)
mandrel bent
Aluminized or Stainless steel
Bolts on to the factory header or aftermarket header
02 Bungs
Hangers

Also if interested I can have a rear section made with almost any muffler. My question is are you interested? Estimated cost for the center section would be around $275-$375.

I voted for the 2.5 center section, but I may also be interested in the rear section if the price is not too high.

Looking forward to the updates!

I am assuming when you say center section, its the mid-pipe?

i think a 2.25" exhaust from the header back would be the best...2.5" is likely too big unless you're running a turbo or s/c and the stock midpipe is 2" from the header to the rear end of the resonator....its only 1.75" from the back of the resonator to the back of the car...

Yes, you assumed correctly

I agree with you on the 2.25". Ill check to see if the can make that size also. 2.5" is a more common size & they always have the machine setup for it.

2.5 inch is waay too big IMO unless you're boosted. 2" mandrel bent would be perfect for NA applications.

This what I measured from my stock exhaust:
Out of the header 2" and widens to 2.25
2.5" in/out 1st cat
2.25" between 1st & 2nd cat
2.5 in/out 2nd cat
2.5 in/out resonator
1.75" from resonator all the way to the muffler

So I think also 2.25" would be best

Yeah I'm also thinking 2.25 would be best for me, since I'm not planning on boosting the car anytime soon. OTOH I am planning on adding nitrous and will be installing my WR header at the same time... So I'm also considering a 2.5 diameter for now.

magnaflow measured it waaaay back when.....they said (implied?) stock piping from the resonator forward was 2" I.D. (inside diameter)
