when I'm driving down the road I will hear a tuner and ever time it shifts it makes that sound what is that and how can I get it

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you are talking about the blower on a turbo equipped car... Is it a high pitched noise what you hear?

Sounds like a FFFFsssshhhhhh just after the shift??? Prob the "BOV" blow off valve from a turbo

HAHAHAHAH Ultimate poser device! That and just an intercooler beind the grille, not connected to anything, and you'd scare anyone... Until the car starts moving, that is!

Man I’ve seen those things advertised in the back of car mags for awhile now, sadly never ran into somebody actually using one which is odd since I had never seen “rice” at the magnitude they have here in ROC.

I do understand people wanting to recreate the BOV sound though, it is pure sex for the ears. Ahhh man do I miss pulling up, glancing over throwing some throaty exhaust followed by the FFFFsssssHHHH at some poor sap and watching their face....... :eek: Of course pure silence until the first shift was fun too!
