BIG pancake fan; not many taco joints close by. Favourite pancakes are home made, a big mittful of blueberries stirred into the mix... mmmmm. I used to do apple pancakes as well: thin slices of apple fried on one side, flip them over for a few seconds, pour on the mix... this ain't fair, I just finished dinner, and I'm hungry again!!!

That should be brought back up, I am still on the bandwagon - going to Costa Rica in a few months and really need to lose as much weight as possible before then :)

In MN, we don't have a Del Taco or an In-n-Out, or a Whataburger. We have a Red Robin, and I've heard it sucks. We have Sonic and White Castle.

I don't eat any of that crap though, so I guess I don't know what I'm missing. Although, I think I would crack and try Del Taco, I've heard a LOT of good about it.

I like going to Pink Taco. That place is awesome, awesome drinks, lobster enchiladas are amazing, infused tequila is gooood, and let's not forget the eye candy. Anyone in the LA or Phoenix area should try it out

Choco tacos are good
kogi tacos are good made with galbi meat
and kimchi quesadillas are good too

I made fish tacos tonight - I didn't really know what the hell to put on them since I've never had them before - and since we have a "clean" diet in our house (6 months so far - we are trying to get healther), so I just made some talapia baked with cilantro and lime, a cole slaw of sorts (using greek yogurt and some seasoning ezekial bread small wraps, tomatoes, salt-free black beans, and jalapenos ... it was delicious!! I really like fish tacos!!
