It says auto in the description, and I doubt someone from Indiana would know the smog
restrictions of Cali;)

Its an automatic and I have no idea about the CA smog

1.8 liter turbocharged I4 20V
with a 4 speed automatic trans
150 hp stock
w/ cold air intake maybe 155+?
