Tryin' to decide which springs I might get...probably either the TRDs of maybe the NF210s. But...my only experience with the Tanabes was on my Scion a few years ago..and it wasn't that great. Yes, they rode very well (which is what I want) but they started rusting after just a few months...something I'd never had happen to the Eibachs and Teins I'd used in the past. Also, the rear tended to sag with just a little weight in it.

So...are people still having corrosion issues for those who deal with winter and all the goodness that brings with it?

Any rear sagging with moderate weight in the rear?

Have not heard of sagging or rusting problems with the Tanabes. The NF drop is milder (and so is the springs rate, pretty sure) than the TRD though, in case that helps you with your choice.

A more fair comparison, apples to apples, would be TRD and Progress springs.

Well...I didn't really mean sagging on their own, but with just a bit of weight in the rear. However, the rusting issue was prolific...at least in the Scion community.

I like the lower spring rate and comfort it will give, but worry that the rear will squat when my 2 kids are riding in the back...like my xA did. I didn't have that issue when I swtiched to SportLines.

I had scion tC before.. with Tanabe... I never had problem with rusting. Although I don't live in a state with snow and using salt for the roads...

NF210 does lower the car and keeps the stock feeling the same.
