I have one.

You can elect to put it on just with the built-in screws (it's easy, see pics) so you can get it on and off when you want, or you can have it welded on.

It's a perfect fit, right out of the box. :thumbsup:

You know, "worth the buy" is a highly subjective opinion.

To me it was worth it because it personalizes my car discretely (you have to really pay attention to notice it), its' cute and funny at the same time, and it's also well made so it's not like it's gonna fall apart the minute you put it on, and it doesn't hurt anything. .02 :smile:

I love it for three reasons:
-I LOVE Hello Kitty
-It is really cute
-It attracts ricer Honda guys with bubble-bee exhausts thinking they can hit on some "car chick/racer" because they obviously know it's a girl driving it ... and it's funny to shoot them down and kill their dreams when you look over, give them 'that look', roll up the window and down shift. :burnrubber:
