NST SSK, preground for '08-'10 Yaris, but will still fit the older style linkage no problems. On my car for less than 15 miles, red in color. - $75, shipped cont usa.

OEM Toyo rear steering cover with cruise yoke hole...this is the cover you need if you are adding cruise and want the actual toyo cover. $25 shipped cont usa

Still have the OEM Toyo rear steering cover with cruise yoke hole? I just bought a 2010 3Dr LB MT 2 weeks ago w/o cruise because the closest was was 400+ mi away and figured I'd follow the info available on this site and install myself.
