I just bought a second hand vitz from japan and i live in Malta and the users manual is all in japanese and I cant seem to work the gps etc. does any one know how i could get an english version of the owners manual please?:mad:

What year is your Vitz and which navigation system is it (TNS###)?

its year 2006 but the system i dont know but i can have a look tomorrow

OK. If it is 06 then it might be this one (Toyota part number 86100-52020):

If so, then I think you are out of luck, as I have never run into anything English for it, or any info on availability of other map sets for it.

OK. That is another one of the Japan only Nav systems. It doesn't appear that there are maps or software for it for any other area. If you do a search for that part number, you'll see a lot of other people asking the same. This Russian website is about the only one that I've seen offering anything for it:

Hi does anyone know why only "Please insert correct map CD"? nothing else comes up. When i insert a audio CD it plays but the message "Please insert correct map CD" just keep staying there and i dont get anything. Any tips?
