Pressure washer and some degreaser...Does it have oil all over it or just dusty ?

Only dusty, but do I need to cover something ? or just spray degreaser and water ?

steer clear of the intake and fuse box and you should be good. If its just dusty a damp rag will work. Even for oil simple green is better than most degreasers, as it isn't as hard on plastic and rubber.
