Guys, I m about to purchase a couple of speakers for the rear of my Liftback, but have no clue how to get to the actual speaker, the service manual is kind of confusing on the topic. Can someone give me a hint as how to remove the back panel of the Yaris Liftback?
Thanks in advance!!!

Grasp it up by the seatbelt and yank. To get at the bottom, it helps to fold the seat down - at least with my 60/40 split - I guess the bench would be the same.
Be very careful with the special clip near the center. You have to reach in there and squeeze the claws to release it.

Thanks Violin! I thought it was necessary to remove the rear seat, but if I can get away with doing it without that I'd be happy! I'll give it a try!
Thanks again!

Oh yeah - remove the trim at the bottom of the door sill first.

Sure! I ordered the speakers, so I will do the installation at the end of the week!
