About $500 for everything to do a complete retrofit. I'm gonna be using a set of Vios headlights for my retrofit.

Do you have pics of the Vios headlights, is there that much of a difference compared to your stock ones?

The only real difference is the clear reflector.

Stupid question, but, do you have enough room? Looks tight.
In any case, it should look nice.

Yes, there is enough room. These are one of the smallest projectors. I wanted the S2K projectors but they won't be out for another month or two. I'll probably have to trim the shrouds because they're so big but atleast I'll know they'll cover the projector.

Here is my progress so far. Lens removed, sealant removed, bowl removed and modified. Projector fits nicely to the rear of the bowl. I had to trim 1/4" from the shroud to clear part of the bowl. Here are some pics of my progress.
Modified reflector bowl

At this point, the factory adjustment knobs will still be functional. Not sure if they will be once everything is together.

I'm painting the housing satin black but I'm gonna leave the shroud as is.

I had a minor set back. One of the Audi style strips was amber instead of white so I have to get a new one. Projectors are mounted inside the bowls. Just waiting on the sealant to dry. Here are some pics of of what I did today.

Here are the completed pics. I don't have pics of the cut-off. The right side is slightly lower than the left which is the opposite of what it's supposed to be. The left side has a light angle to it. None of this really matters though because it still lights up the entire width of four highway lanes. I am very happy with the output. The with l.e.d.s are gonna be replaced with some red ones I got in the mail today for a demon eye effect. I am gonna wire them to a switch to turn them on/off. Right now the white l.e.d.s are wired to come on with the parking lights. I also used the Nissan OEM sealant for the headlights.

Sorry, no pics. They are held in by a couple of screws from the projector to the bowl and then some windshield adhesive to fill in the gaps. I have a better way to mount them when I do my next retrofit in a month or two.

My cut off isn't as good as your. My car was in the body shop when I was doing the retrofit so I couldn't aim the properly. The cut off is a little low and the drivers side has a slight angle. There is still more than enough light hitting the road though. Once I do my next retrofit these lights are coming out so I can work on them some more. I was in a hurry to finish them.

Brian,
So does the 500 you spent also cover the Vios HL's also? Might sound like a dumb question, but another person might not have included that in their calculations, you know what I mean?

Vios headlights were about $180 shipped for the pair and about $400 for the retrofit parts.
