Help me with this please

I want a subwoofer for my car, I want this JBL GT5-1202BR. and make it work with this amp GTO5355 JBL. I also want to buy these speakers GTO608c in the front doors and the rear GTO938

My question is, this subwoofer will work well in the trunk of my Yaris Sedan (Belta) 2007 (JAPAN)? Or is it too big? please help with this and give me your opinion ....
