Who has gotten work done in Sacramento?

Good or bad, I'd like to know. Also prices are relevant.

what do you need done? once I know that, then I can steer you in the right direction...

Big O Tires in El Dorado Hills for alignments. They used to do the alignments for Comptech, so all the NSX guys go there. They were happy to work with me when I asked them to tweak my alignment.

No good oil changers that I know of. I'm going to do them myself from now on. Jiffy Lube in EDH used to be good, then the old man who was in charge of the garage and the MR2 owner who did oil changes left.

Well, I need a ton of things done lol. Here are some of the things I would like done in the near future.

Windshield Replacement
Struts Replacement
Window Tinting
Stereo Installation
Pulley Installation (Maybe)
Cold Air Intake Installation (Maybe)
Body Work
Paint (Maybe)
Wheel & Tire Installation (Unless I can do it myself)

That's all I can think of for now. If I can do some of these myself well and not be in danger of anything, I would probably attempt it.

Chuck from StreetLEDs can help you with the above items, or even I can help you out. Call Chuck first!

Really? I just went over his website and it's all about lighting. I like some of the stuff he has on there, I might have to splurge one day.

My main concern is how much money I'm going to spend, and that it'll work decently.

Do you work on cars as well?

I can vouch for Charles. Yeah, he mainly does lighting, but he can pretty much do anything on cars. Charles, Clark (MiniTRD), and I work on our cars. If you live near Rancho Cordova, I'll gladly help out with working on your car.

The thing is, I know squat about cars. I'm willing to learn, but I currently don't know much. So, that's why I was inquiring about shops. Thank you guys, I will get in contact with Charles.

Well, I don't want to bug him when I'm not sure of my commitment to these services right now. I just wanted to get an idea of costs and some quotes.

oh if you want to learn and are willing to get greasy, you can do most of your mods at my house. We do many modfests at my house. I think the next one is on the 28th, but let me make sure. I have tools for most projects and Chuck and I have done almost everything together at some point in time.

I think I would be up for it!

I completely disassembled my dash yesterday, took out the OEM HU, and mounted my new receiver. And it only took me about 10 minutes! Not bad for a mechanical/car n00b. The longest part was just figuring out where things detached from.
