Whre can I but Strut bars and Swar bars locally in Toronto?

Don't like the shipping and in sme cases I have to pay duties.

DOn't mind paying cash , anyone have any leads for some cheap /ok quaility strus for front and rear?

Working with cali_yaris @microimage is probably your best bet. He ships USPS so duties are avoided, and his shipping rates are very reasonable. In Canada, especially within the GTA, I have no idea where to get stuff.

I hate UPS, which once charged me $30 duties for an item of $60.

I go some stuff on eBay for $1+$35 shipping UPS style, it got lost an they only payout $1

Not UPS, USPS (United States Postal Service).
The post office in Canada will try to deliver to your home and if unsuccessful will leave a card in your box. You go to your local post office and pick-up.
My TRD exhaust, anti-swaybar, springs and shock/struts all came from Conicelli in PA via USPS / Canada Post.

You're right. NEVER use UPS. Their brokerage charges are brutal.
