Anyone from or know the area of Dagupan?
I'll be going there in September with a couple of friends.
Is it safe for foreigners? Places to go? Peolpe to see? :biggrin:

I'm from Dagupan currently in Riyadh for some job reasons. Lots of foreigners are visiting there. Though you missed the Bangus Fest last week of April I think, I'm not really sure. You can visit the beaches, and Dagupan's pride bangus (milkfish). Well, just try visiting the whole Pangasinan. Ask your friends if they can take you to "Hundred Islands" which is located in Alaminos. Goodluck on your trip!
