look at this diagram of waterpump assembly in the manual...
http://www.scribd.com/doc/8679151/2007-Toyota-Yaris-Repair-Manual-11-Cooling
go down to 14-45
they are showing the waterpump on the Right.... I thought the AC compressor is
the one on the right.??? Do I not need to remove the main crank pulley???
what is the story here..???

The water pump is the one in the middle on page 11. If you look at page 14 (shown below) you can see it exploded. The water pump is easily accessible on the Yaris.

it looks like they pulled the RIGHT pulley..not the crank pulley..I have spent hours
trying to figure out how to pull the crank pulley..

I thought that right pulley is the AC... is that pic a Yaris without AC..???
or is the waterpump underneath the AC pulley..????

That's correct - It's not under the crank pulley. It's to the right of the crank and the AC compressor pulley is below it to the right. In that image the AC compressor and alternator are not present.

The water pump pulley looks like a sheet metal bowl, whereas the other pulleys (crank, AC, and alternator) look like what you'd expect a pulley to look like.
