It's a website that junkyards and wreckers contract through to sell their stuff. Once you punch in what you're looking for it will give you a list of places in their system who have that part. You then contact that junkyard and talk with them (you don't order anything from that website, per se).

You can always check out the junkyards BBB rating, etc. before spending the $$.

BTW.....did you get a settlement from the guy who hit you or are you paying for this yourself? Just curious.....if you're not paying for it then just get a new bumper and have it painted at a body shop.....should be less than $500 (and you may not find a good used black one either).
