ive seen some guys who fiberglass their own so they can get the angles they want.
the only thing is you gotta know what youre doing.....glassing and mounting.

I believe I've seen some made with vinyl.

I've known many people use their own vinyl to make eyelids.
Just be careful to how much you really put on there.
OR you can always buy a pair from Garm (http://shop.microimageonline.com/Eyelids-EL-01-up.htm) which cost $59.

I would buy them from him, but I don't think the ones he has will fit the shape of my headlight and get the look I'm interested in.
