so lately i been popping a cel p0101 which i looked up and it was my maf sensor acting up. i am currently running a blitz sc, 1zz fuel injectors, fujita cai. i have had no problems running this setup for almost a year. now i am always throwing a code, i have cleaned the sensor multiple times and it just seems to throw this code alot. is it time to buy a new maf? i have also noticed that the oring is wearing out, would that play a big factor? thanks for the help.

update, so i bought a new maf and 1 week later still popped a cel, im thinking i should just put my stock airbox in to test if it the cai, its weird since i had the cai for almost 3 years and this is happening.

Do you have any pending codes?

Do you have any pending codes?
p0101, thats it, im thinking of putting back 1nz injectors or changing back to stock airbox, the last mod i did was changing the injectors. so i will start with that i guess

What type of code reader are you using?

i have a scangauge, and my buddy used some other highend reader, not sure of the brand but he said it the same as the techs use.

Get your friends again and see if you have any pending codes. My scanner at work can read them

I've had the same problem. I put in a K&N cai and after about 200 miles the cel came on with the P0101 code. I called K&N and they couldn't explain it, they just kept saying there must be vacuum leak somewhere but I put hose clamps on every vacuum line and checked all the connections on the cai but no luck. I just drive it now with the light on.

For the fujita, search on MI forums for fujita fail. Make sure the support didn't rip a hole in your pipe as has happened to 2 users.
Also, on my SRI, I used a silicon sealant in between the pipe and the MAF. I've yet to see a CEL or have even a second of rough idle or anything.
