First I want to say thank you Garm, you really out did your self with the help you gave me. I had ordered a package from MI on June 11, and some how the package did not arrive to my house. I called Garm & he checked out what happened, it seems that the post office made an error and I was paying for it by giving Garm a hard time, E mailing him and calling. Mind you I ve purchased products from Garm and never had a problem, but with this order I had a problem, and the fault is not MI its the dam post office, Garm had received the package on Monday and sent it out again. So my goodies will be here by Thursday Garm willing. I just want the YW member's to know one thing Garm will allways find a way to get things done the right way, HATS OFF TO GARM AND THE MICRO IMAGE TEAM. Thank you Garm the attention to this matter says alot about your character and compassion to your clients, and will continue my monthly shopping with MI. Thanxs Garm & if theres someone reading this please check out the retrofit & fogs question I ll that info soon. Holla at your boy in PR.

Hopefully my future experiences with Garm will be better than the one i'm dealing with now....which hopefully is resolved. I am however looking forward to doing more business with him, we'll see how it goes.

Idk why you guys even begin to doubt him in the first place.

They're not doubting him. They've probably gotten shitty service elsewhere so obviously this would come as a huge surprise, especially for first-time orders

I was talking about Big Lo's case. The mailman screwed up, not Garm.
Besides Garm still tries harder than any other source I know to make sure things go right. And shit happens. Nobody's perfect. Goliath, I'm sure what happened was by pure mistake. From my experiences Garm never screws around. Ddong, don't you agree? =)

I never doubted Garm, nor am I a first time buyer. Sh!t happens, then people want to why the post office gets shot up, and Garm has been helpful with every purchase I ever made. This is no diss to MI or Garm its a big kudos to them in how you treat a client and thats why I ll continue to shop at MI on a monthly basics. Holla at me.

Ya, it was apparently a mix up with a missing e-mail, and a product that was not in stock when i ordered it, which i was unaware of. Everything is straight now though, i just hope things go more smooth in the future. with all the recommendations about garm, i'm definately going to be making another attempt. it wouldn't hurt if he could put me in the smartwax club though. lol.

Thanks for the feedback, guys. The best feedback is criticism, how else can I do even better unless I hear it?
goliath, I can get stickers out to you, I have a thread on MI about the "SmartWax club".

Yes, SilverBack guessed right. I didn't think anyone would know who he was. :)

yes I did, name seemed familiar but I never would have got it from the picture in his avatar.
I didn't know he wrote Arthur's Theme, I thought that was Christopher Cross.
