I was just wondering how the Yaris would do in the snow with chains.
Are you running chains one a lowered car? If so, any issues?

It rains here more than anything so the only things a Yaris needs to make it a true NW Oregon car is some pontoons and a place to mount an outboard motor.
I am looking forward to seeing how well it does this winter with the VSC & Traction Control though.

Yeh with the stock rims which I don't have anymore. No issues!

That's good to know. I always thought about buying some low-profile cable-like chains for that "just in case" factor.

Yaris feels good and in -45C. You warm the motor and go all the winter.

^ now there would be a real yaris + snow thread. With the OPs pictures, this should be more aptly titled the yaris + slush thread.
