diesal MMT gearbox problem, can you help?

Hi, I have just bought a 2006 1.4 Diesal Automatic t3 yaris, I don't know
whether this is normal or not or whether there is a problem, but
when it changes up and down gears it seems to lurch, quite noticeably, should
it be doing that? When it is in 5th it is fine. It has done 18,000 miles. And had 3 services fro
a toyota garage. Any help suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

i have a gasoline car with mmt and it does the same noises when upshifting and downshifting. i went to the dealership and they said it's OK.strange.there's a thread on how to lube a specific part in the manual tranny but it doesn't apply to the mmt..
