check the mixing value that could be shot, thats why it not working so nice, or the plate has just move in the mixer, thats why u only get hot or cold, its looks like a coin with two holes close to one side or just worn out

if u have hot and cold taps in the shower then u need to check pressure if one pressure is to low then u will only get hot water and the other way around, check the pressure value on the gyser the taps close to the gyser will work fine but not those that are far,
