i read engadgets review...they are saying to wait for droid 2.
I know you are crazy about Droid phones...i dont know if much info has leaked about droid 2 yet....food for though~

droid 2 is not going to be that exciting its giong to come out in august, its basically the same size as the current droid, with a little bit of improvements.

they are ending the production of the Droid 1 soon....

Theres no more D pad, its just arrows now so they increased the size of the keys on the keyboard and made them a little bit more defined to easily type better than the droid 1.

It's going to have the 1ghz processor apossed to the current 550 droid 1 has.

also i dont think its going to have hdmi at all, the camera is still 5mp, they are just coming out with these phones with these high speed specifications because during the winter holidays they are coming out with Android OS 3.0 codename "gingerbread" and the minimum requirement to run that OS is 1ghz processor with 512 ram or some crap like that so the original droid cannot handle that update the only phones able to handle that update out now is Droid x, Evo, Incredible and the Droid 2 when it comes out.

By the holidays pretty sure they will have a 2ghz phone out and possibly a 1080p HD quality videos and hdmi capabilities.
