Looking for a drop in replacement of the cheap, small and uncomfortable OEM drivers foam seat. A search here only revealed that it looks like a seat swap requires a mod similar to my cruise control to fool the air bag sensors. I got the basic model, does the fancy model have better seats. Would another Toyota seat out of a wrecked car fit, like maybe the corolla or camry? Anyone know?. I spend nearly 3 hours a day in my Yaris and I need a better seat. Thanks for any help..

Clazzio seat covers do have padding in them, and makes them feel different --whether that would be more or less comfortable, I don't know. I like my seats regardless, just because I can sit.

^^agreed I don't have issues with the comfort level of the stock seats, and I been all around Ohio and a good share of lower Michigan, and I've been sitting 3-4 hours one way on some trips. Matter of fact the Yaris seats are much more comfy to sit/ride in than the ones in my Escort.

To answer your question the "S" model I think is what you were asking about has the exact same seats as what you got. The only real difference in the "base" and "S" is the S has a factory lip kit and a tach, other than that same motor, same interior basically same everything but a few more bells and whistles.

I'd love to hear more on this as well. I'm not very fond of the Yaris seats. I need more cush for my tush. Heh.

I know what can solve your problem...spend 6 years driving a Ford Ranger :) You'll LOVE the Yaris seats after that!

Seriously though, I have no idea if anybody else makes a better seat lol.
