I brought my car to a place in town to get the tints done. A couple days ago, I recently discovered this spot on one of the plastic panels that looks stained? it also has razor blade gashes in the stained spot as well. What the hell could this possibly be? I thought tints is just soap and water? I attached a photo above. How would I get rid of this? I tried degreaser and bug and tar remover but nothing worked.

Hard to tell what exactly you're up against by that photo. I'd hazard a guess and say that piece is probably screwed. Should of taken it back to the tint shop and pointed it out before you attempted degreasers and tar removers on it.

Since window tint goes on the inside, I seriously doubt that is from the installation of window tint film (since as you said, no chemicals are used).
Maybe the dealer will consider that a warranty issue and replace it.

I have to disagree, Garm. While the tint may go on the outside, most shops use a heat gun on the outside of the window to speed up the process of the tint sticking. Due to this, I had to have the trim pieces on the rear of my door windows replaced not once, but twice, due to melting from a heat gun. My paint and windows were also scratched to hell, but they claimed it was "impossible" that it was their fault (I 100% disagree, but won't rant here...)
@three1bravo: How long ago was it that you had the tint done? If it was recent, I'd go back ASAP and show them and explain that you thought it was a stain, so you tried some mild solvents to clean it, but you'd like them to replace the part. Good luck!
