There was a rash of side view mirror theft this morning in my neighbor hood. First of all WTF! Why would you steal a side view mirror! Especially, if one of them is already cracked?

Are thieves getting that much more desperate?

Hmmm? That is interesting! I know a lot of items are stolen for their value and even their materials.

When I lived in Miami years ago in Miami Beach someone broke into my vehicle and stole my prescription glasses? They could of stole other items of the car and in the car! But, only the eye glasses they took. The eyeglass rims may get you good money... if your a 'crack head'? LOL!

Maybe it's someone who just likes to create pain and hardship on others? :iono:

It sounds like a bunch of punk kids having fun. You should set them up, so you can kick there arse, with a baseball bat, that would teach them, not to mess with OPP.

I hate it when there are multiple thefts in 1 neighborhood - not a random occurence - usually somebody cases the hood 2 see what is everybody's bedtime - that's why u gotta do neighborhood watch - and every so often switch up how u park your car outside - throw the thief's timing off

Well when I lived back in MD they where cutting off the catalytic converters off of cars and selling them for the scrap metal! maybe there someone doing something like that?!

Those converters have valuable metals inside. I doubt mirrors do :rolleyes:

Found all the mirrors behind a bush. Srsly WTF! Also something was poured all over someones car and another windscreen was scratched up!
