email exchange from today. I finally lost it a little bit, but I'm ok now.

E-mail Address: j88k@live.com
First Name: Julian
Last Name: K
Company:
Phone Number:
Request:

Why Am I not able to choose any CANADIAN PROVINCES? Thanks?

===============

Because we take international orders directly, due to the higher cost of shipping, which must be quoted for each order.

If you know what you'd like to order, I can replay with a quote that includes USPS Priority shipping.

Thanks!

Garm

==============

Hi,
There are lots of different things i like....
Thats really silly, i order from usa all the time and a standard usps priority shipping has one set price. Your response was really unusual and regardless if you need the business or not i have been trying to order each time.. You guys really are not doing it properly. Its a shame because everytime i decide that i want to purchase something impulsively or right away I have to get a quote? Right......The country that DIRECTLY BESIDE AMERICA. Really I just ordered exterior car parts from miami that came up to 83.00 and shipping was 15 or 20, like..Im really disapointed because i realy have tried to order from your site many many many times..

==============

You cannot even proceed on your website because you cannot choose a country or province.. please.. what are the shipping prices, for fucks sake and please fix your website and stop with this nonsense. Shipping prices should be provided ding dong...
real proffessional

==============

I don't appreciate the insults, my method of doing business is not "silly", it's designed to save you money on shipping.

Further, we claim low value, leave the invoice out of the box, and call international shipments a gift of commercial sample. This is to minimize and fees and duties you would incur. If you think an automated system is better, I will respectfully disagree.

I'm sorry my company can't serve you the way that you wish; we ship many, many parts to our Canadian customers, and will continue to support international shipping with our chosen method.

Thanks,

Garm

================

You response in turms of the "little commercial gift" is dumb, because most sellers already know to do that.. Big favor .
fool

The fool is the one who gets angry. ;-)

Verbal diarrhea is what your responses are.

As a Canadian who buys stuff from the U.S. fairly regularly, I'd have to agree that your (Garm's) shipping policy is pretty standard if not better than average.

If I can't find shipping info, I always send a note with whatever item I'm after and a postal code - pleases and thank-yous included. Sometimes the seller just won't ship to Canada, but I usually get a quote. Simple as that.

This guy sounds like a whiny douche. I wouldn't have given him a reply after the third message.

Hope he doesn't make you paint all Canadians with a bad brush.

Garm,
You misspelled reply in your first response to Julian.

I don't know, Garm, I run into a lot of unpleasant people these days, and that's in person, face to face... I hate to imagine having to deal the same people online.

I don't know PK :iono:

Wasn't always like this. I remember when SF used to be so friendly.

But you know, you gotta keep an open mind with this things. Take people on a case-by-case basis, and stay open. Some will surprise you - in a good way. You never know. :thumbsup:
