i don't know anything about lug nuts and i'm wanting to run my steelies but they need to be cleaned up. i'm wanting it to look like what YAR1S did. my question is what are the specs for the lug nuts i would need? i know something about needing 12 1 1/2" but what does the 1 1/2" mean?

12mm x 1.5

1.5 is the thread pitch (how close together the threads are)

You would need M12 x1.5 lug nuts. Buy ONLY that size. Some might display as 12mm x 1.5 - same thing.

The M means metric profile. The 12 is 12mm, that's the nominal size of the fastener or the diameter of the bolt. The 1.5 is the thread pitch.

Here is a link (http://www.team-integra.net/forum/display_topic_threads.asp?ForumID=17&TopicID=281338) from another site that visually explains what Garm mentioned in the next post below

also pay attention to the profile of the nut. Tapered (conical), rounded, or flat. Make sure they match the wheels you want to use.

When I ordered the dust covers @ Napa I also ordered up the chrome lug nuts. Part No: BK 6412139. Don't have them on yet, but they appear pretty stout. When you get chrome lug nuts make sure you get/ask for the solid chrome plated ones as opposed to the ones w/ the sheetmetal caps on them. Those are horrible and a pain to remove as the caps usually just get twisted up and mangled...
