^ nope -- lots of stock cars show up, including many of the Yarii that come. It's for FUN and to learn to drive faster in a safe, legal environment.

cool guys, it's a fun time. also, for anyone that wants to come just to hang out, it's $3, and passenger reg $10.

Ok its official! I just booked the hotel room... We'll be driving down from Monterey the 10th in the morning and staying the night and coming back up on the 11th after a long awaited swing by the MI shop :biggrin: ... all granted I don't drive into a wall at the track :eek: That'll be an expensive tow back up here! (almost 400 miles) :cry:

Trust me there are dirt run-offs in case you do push it too hard. Plenty of space to stop before meeting any walls :thumbsup:

So, a few complications arose, and I was NOT able to get my GoPro hooked up. Nor could I video the Yaris guys running. I ended up not even driving. Nope. Instead, I worked as a flagger on the course. :(

That smoke was from a mid-70's Camaro/Firebird burning oil BADLY and still doing all 3 laps. We didn't see it out there afterwards obviously lol. Gave the track a nice concert-like effect though.

Awwww, Man Sucks that i was out of the Country, but please do this soon, i have so many memories driving my Supra at that fun to drive track, and i would love to take my little Yaris up their, and fire up my tires...!!...A Buddy of mine, called me to tell me about this, lol, he says he was shocked at seing so many Yaris's in one place, specially at the track, i was dying of laughter, lol. Please lets do this again Garm...!!!
