So the settings on the jumper are 0db +3db +5db +7db. Right now i have it set at 0db. I am competely unsure of what is the best setting and pros and cons of each.

Its for my front 6.5 components. I have tweeters in the pillars and woofers in the doors. The crossovers i tucked under the dash. Theres a bi amp jumper which i left off i guess if i want to run 2 amps to my components and to the left are 4 jumper options for +db.

If I'm not wrong the db are for the tweeter (high frequency) so I would just start at 0 and go my way up, listen and then choose the one that suits your ears best. I use to have Passive Crossovers like this and end up at +3db all the time. But that was my preference, it all depends on you taste and equipment.

yeah... crossovers sometimes come with the option of taming the tweeter down, as in -3dB or -6dB. This is very common for metalic dome tweets, Focal and MB QUART are notorious for having such setups. Try all the options.... drive for a week with each one, and see which you prefer. it really is a personal taste issue.... I personally believe that the more hearing damage one has, the more they crave a bright tweet with no taming... I personally hate the quart & focal tweets... too bright & shrill, but many people like them... they are clear, i'll give them that.
