These are Scion rims and marked "Toyota" casted on the back. 15" 6 inch wide. Fit is snug and the setup was reasonable @ $608 delivered UPS for 4 mounted/balanced tires on the 4 rims ready to install right out of the box. The 16 OEM special lugnuts were included too.
Tires are Republic Enterprise, made in USA. Stock 185/60 15 size. Touring M+S tires for a quiter ride.
No TPMS sensors, so the light stays on the dash, but I don't care.....

I love the Scion 7-Spoke 15X6 wheels ($200 eBay). I installed Kumho KR-21 P195X60R15 tires (thank you Tire Rack). I went with the larger tires for greater road clearance and smoother ride, as both are important in ZIP Code 23024. Toyota center caps are on order.

I like!!! I want!!!
I was thinking about leaving new rims until Spring but those are excellent and too good to pass up.
How about the tire pressure monitoring system on my Yaris? Will the sensors from my steel wheels work on these?

They look like they're a 'satin' finish to me. Unpolished, just a step above a machine finish. At least that's what it looks like the photos.

they are painted silver with a clear coat...tpms sensors from steel wheels will tranfer over fine but you will need to replace the seals, this is normal and runs maybe $5-7 per wheel.

I bought a set last winter to throw snow tires on for the wife's 08 hatch

I don't know about that... let's say we go with $200 for the wheels.
Now we add tires, for say $75 a piece... that's $300 for the tires.
Add in mounting and balancing, which is maybe $15 a tire... that's $60.
Now we're at $560 for the whole set. Add in tax (7.75% in NY ) which is $43.40 and your grand total is $603.40.
I think that paying $625 to have them mounted, balanced and dropped off in my garage by UPS isn't too bad a deal.

How do I swap out the center caps?
I'd imagine you can pop them out when they are not on the car by just pushing them out from the back.
I, however, have had no luck with the dealerships being able to find the right center caps, even though some YW guys have had much better luck.

guess I am used to getting good deals on tires, and no one around here charges for mounting, balancing or any of that. I spent $450 on the whole package for these wheels and snows

Thanks for the heads up!! After reading this thread, I did a little surfing and checked out some local dealerships' website. Found a set for $199 at Cabe Toyota in Long Beach and drove down there and had them mount my current tires (my 2011 tires only have 700 miles on them) on the wheels. Total cost was $305 including Toyota caps, tax, and mounting.
I was a little disappointed because I was hoping the wheels would be Enkeis. They are cast with Made in Taiwan but they do have Toyota cast in them as well. The boxes were also printed Toyota Genuine Parts so I am not worried about the quality, so far (although we can't forget about the gas pedals that were suppose to be made to "Toyota specs").
I was looking for alloys and was about to get some Enkeis later after my tires were worn but this deal was too good to pass up. Anyway, it may just be psychological but my car seems to ride a little better than before.

I did some checking around Northern Minnesota but couldn't come close to the price Yaristeve mentions. So I took the plunge and ordered mine from the eBay seller. Should arrive next week and I'm looking forward to the change. The caps were easy, my dealer had a set on hand for $12.
Now to mount the TPMS and tires.

My spoke rims showed up on Wednesday and I had them mounted on Thursday. Local tire dealer Pull the tires off the steelies and moved the TPMS sensors to the alloy wheels. $50 for the job and had it done in 35 minutes. My Toyota caps haven't shown up yet so I just put on the Scion caps for now.
I'm happy!

I agree! They whipped through it in record time and even wiped everything off before putting the car down off the lift. (very professional) My dealer quoted me $165 to do the swap so I told them I'd pass. (it's a Yaris, not an Avalon!)
Being too impatient to wait for the Toyota centercaps, I installed the Scion ones that came with the wheels. Thought I could just pop them off with the new ones arrived but that was a bit optimistic, they won't budge and the Toyota version arrived today. Guess they'll have to stay on for the winter cause I'm not taking the wheels off to change them!

I couldn't come up with a better plan at the time and just took each wheel off, then popped the center caps out from the back.
I'm sure that if wanted to try a more destructive method you could get the Scion caps off, albeit in pieces instead of whole.

When you say the fit was snug, what do you mean exactly? Has anyone had problems with tires rubbing, since these are 6" wide wheels? Is anyone running these with the TRD suspension and coil upgrade?
Do these have the same offset as our 15" steelies?
The wheels look nice, and the price certainly is hard to beat. Thanks!

Wolfy,
I meant to say they fit snug on the hub and don't wobbel around. Some aftermarket rims require centering rings that sit inside the center hole of the rims properly. These are a perfect, secure fit. No rubbing at all to report after a year. I'm running stock sized tires too.The finish looks great still and I only clean them with soap and water, no chemicals.Don't be spooked by the 6 inch width, it's trivial and these are designed by Toyota for a proper, safe fitment to the car.

6" pinches a 205/50 or 205/55 tire, it's much happier on a 6.5" rim.
They do look good on the car though... too bad they don't come in a 16x6.5!

Oh, they are definitely snug. Particularly when they were stuck to the hub...
Not that that's the wheels' fault. Chalk it up to lovely northeastern weather. Some grease will be applied next spring when I put them back on...
But like auxmike said, they're great!

205mm tyres can fit quite "happily" on 5.5-7.5" rims.

I was thinking of going a little wider than the stock size of 185 on the tires. Maybe 195 or 205. How much of a loss in gas mileage will I see with a wider tire? Will the ride comfort be better with a wider tire? Also, how wide could you go before interferring with a TRD shock/strut/spring upgrade?
