I need Help on Idle Control

I have a problem regarding the IDLE control connection. Do anyone knows where I can find a diagram showing the idle control connector and it's terminal connections.

The connector is 3 wire : Red/Black - Yellow/Black - Brown


I need this to connect it to the standalone ecu.

Please note that I am referring to the 99up yaris idle control where the throttle is by cable and not electronic.

Thanks for the pdf but I am still not understanding the diagram exactly.

If you can help me identify which of the wires are positive and neutral and signal would be good

From the PDF:

Brown is ground
Red/black is the signal
Yellow/Black is +12

Or at least do you have the page where it mention duty cycle and frequency or any related information on the Idle control signal specification?
