Yaris Heater/Air Fan Noise

I have a 2008 Yaris (Sedan) and recently the fan started making a squealing/whistling noise. It makes this sound when it is on A/C, heater, or just air. And the sound increases when it is turned up. It's almost like the fan is stressed for some reason. Anyone have any ideas on this?
