I am looking for some kind of guide to remove and install the front bumper cover on a 2008 Yaris (Sedan model). We hit a deer and had to order a new replacement bumper but I am not sure where to start on removing it.
Thanks!

its really easy, i have the HB, i dont thing the mounting should be too differnt.
first off pop off all te plastic little nail things ontop. just push the center in and pop them out (along the hood line)
then ur gonna have to go under the front of the car and find all the screws, if i recall correctly there are either 4 or 6 screws.
after that is done look into ur wheel wells. if i recall correctly there is one more plastic clip on the top end and one screw on the bottom (where the plastic curves in)
once all that is done it jsut becomes a pulling game :) lol, there are clips around the lights and where the plastic meets the fenders, i started from the hood openning and jsut pulled it all off being gentle around the cliped areas.
hopefully the '08's are similar to the '10.
just one question......if u hit a deer wouldnt it have removed itself?

Try this:
http://www.etimago.com/yaris/repairmanual/Exterior.pdf
This comes from the Factory Service Manual on our site:
http://www.etimago.com/yaris/repairmanual/
if you need that for future work.
As mentioned by yaris2010RS, those pins are easy to remove.
Meteorite Marty has a LB, but shows some pretty good pics on the pins
we are talking about here:

Hope this helps.

The biggest PITA (on the sedan at least) is that there's 2 screws that are a bit hidden up inside a cavity under the bottom of the car. You can see them if you look through the lower vent between the fog lights. Make sure you get those before starting to pull the bumper off or you'll have to set it back up on the car while you take those screws loose. I missed both of them while I was doing my projector retrofit.
